Associate Finance Director, North America (Former Employee) – Maumee, OH – September 18, 2017
I enjoyed my job and coworkers however our jobs were eliminated when the company was sold. This was hard as I enjoyed my job very much. My job was very interesting and very demanding which made my very long commute worth doing.
The manager and all supervisors were always friendly and very understanding if you were unable to come in to work or had to leave early due to some extenuating circumstance(s). Each employee crafts their own work schedule and work schedules can even be altered up to twice a month.

A typical day at work is conducting surveys over the phone. I learned how to occupy myself during slow times. The management is great. The workplace culture is very diverse. The hardest part of the job is the down time. The most enjoyable part of the job is working next to a friend.
Maritz CX (Former Employee) – Kirksville, MO – June 15, 2017
Not that hard of a job, many people were easily hired there and as long as you follow rules it's not that hard to keep the job they are very lenient on the job with some things especially if you need to leave early you can leave early a lot. They don't really dock you or anything as long as you worked a minimum of 15 hours each week

As a telemarketer, I conducted customer satisfaction surveys for various banks. The hardest part of this job was staying alert while repeating the same script to different callers through the duration of my shift. I enjoyed being able to do school work or read while at work.
Data Analyst, Intern (Former Employee) – Southfield, MI – April 26, 2017
My functions as an intern were limited due to lack of experience. The people are very encouraging, and at the time this particular office liked to offer internship programs. Chances of finding full time employment with them after the program finishes are probably not that high.
Telemarketer (Former Employee) – Maumee, OH – April 20, 2017
Maritz it's a nice job but I don't like that they only have evening hours if they had morning hours then the place would be great for me. I like that we could take lunch breaks on our own and we also was in our own cubicle.
