Not a really fun place to be but productive.
Research Associate (Former Employee) –  Montego BayMay 19, 2018
At work, on the production floor is extremely cold and silent, only could hear the clicking sounds of computer hardware. I learnt about the latest computer software and how to do Data entering. The hardest part of the job was when the work load gets heavy and you have limited time. The most enjoyable part of the job was when you get the same area to do again.

Company that sells but can't support what it sells
SVP Strategic Partnerships/ SVP Sales (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILApril 22, 2018
Issues with the data integrity issues weren't addressed and would cause problems with clients. Selling more was a priority not supporting the ones on the books.
Pros
young, lots of energy
Cons
didn't put customer first

Marketing Assistant-Telecommute
Marketing Assistant (Current Employee) –  Saratoga Springs, NYMarch 26, 2018
My job role is processing Advertisement Inserts from the Boston Globe. This is a part-time telecommute position. I have learned how to scan required ad inserts into a document scanner, as well as edit and analyze the advertisements. I then enter pertinent information into the company database.
The job is enjoyable and not difficult after the initial learning curve. The most enjoyable part of the job is the flexibility of submitting the work each day in a timely manner. I have been working with Market Track for 3 years and we have an excellent report and the director knows that he can rely on me.

Fast-Growing Company that is easy to over commit yourself to
Operations Manager (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILFebruary 21, 2018
Working at Market Track, you find yourself in a great environment with fun co-workers and a supportive office.

You have to be careful to set boundaries and not allow yourself to take on more than what you can do in a week, or they will continue to expect that from you. However, they do give raises and bonuses and recognize those that go above and beyond.

Bad management
Client Services Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJanuary 26, 2018
Solid company, however there is NO direction from management whatsoever. Responsibilities are extremely ambiguous and can lead to a lot of confusion within the staff.

Management is a hot mess
Trainer, Assistant Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILDecember 6, 2017
The management team all went to one school, and made sure only to hire from there. They also would not promote from within. When the new owner came in, he got rid of half the workforce, wrote you up for using the restroom, or if you were a minute late back from a break (usually because you had to stand in line to sign in again - even if the computer could do all of this.)

Fast-Paced and Competitive Place to Work
Senior Director, Business Development (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILSeptember 14, 2017
MT was a fast-paced and competitive place to work at. The company has quickly expanded and now offers a full suite of solutions to clients. The people there really make the job fun.

Managers.
Associate (Former Employee) –  Saratoga Springs, NYJune 3, 2017
Managers only care about their own job security. They don't pay fairly. New employees received more salary than established personnel, to do the same work.
Pros
Free monthly lunch. Weekly bagels.
Cons
No pay raises.

Fast paced, management problems, low pay
Operations Associate (Former Employee) –  Saratoga Springs, NYMay 16, 2017
The job was fast paced and the work was manageable but there were a lot of down times toward the end of the week where not much could get done. The management could be better - and the upper management loved to play favorites. Pay didn't reflect the amount of work done on a daily basis, raises were scarce, and moving up in the company was difficult.
Pros
Offered a free lunch once a month; team building activities and events; good training
Cons
Low pay, management issues, little to no raises

Productive Workplace
Research Associate (Current Employee) –  Montego Bay, SJMarch 25, 2017
The days at work are good, some people there are lovable, some aren't but it's just a day in/day out job. I've learnt a lot being at Market Track; how to interact with people, better team work skills and overall better time management skills. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing a job well done at the end of the day, knowing I did something to help the company move forward.
Pros
Free transport, healthcare, sufficient breaks, incentives

PC Scanner of National Advertising (Former Employee) –  Saratoga, NYDecember 26, 2016
I scanned on a desk top scanner for commercial use. When the business was based on images that I scanned, totals were over a million a year. Now images are captured online and scanning is no longer needed.

Good Company Overall, but Leadership needs Work
Client Solutions Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJune 13, 2016
The company overall is a great place to start a career. The benefits are really solid and the work/life balance is good. Leadership, however, needs to work on communicating better and the company overall needs to work on creating processes and resources that allow its employees to succeed rather than flounder.
Pros
Great work/life balance
Cons
Needs better processes for success

Ad Comparisons Specialist (Former Employee) –  Solon, OHMarch 28, 2016
I have learned a lot while working here. I have learned how to crop images and worked with ROPs as well. It's a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed working with people who are educated and smart. The hardest part of the job was working through the busy seasons and I got through it most of the time.
Pros
Free lunches, friendly co-workers, and listening to music while work.
Cons
Supervisors' lack of communication;

While a Market Track LLC I learned alot about computer how to research data on the internet and how to collect and analyze data. The management was OK and my co-workers were very friendly, hard working and helpful. The hardest part of the job was when its time to look over all the data to ensure that all of it is done correctly to sent off. The most enjoyable part is when they have fun they or they keep event.

A paycheck and not much else
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILApril 30, 2013
The work for data entry staff was fairly monotonous. There is little to look forward too when this job was available. Not much in the way of carer advancement is offered to employees, but the work was reliable while it lasted. The work was never challenging; the only challenge was to remain outwardly unaffected by how boring it was.
