Smart people but terrible company
Manager (Current Employee) – New York, NY – February 15, 2019
I would not recommend anyone to trust what they hear about the supposedly cutting edge software and attribution product. There is a lot of manual input that goes into every customer delivery which the client is not aware of. The company is a slave to overpromising and underdelivering. Promises to improve and become more efficient come at the expense of cost-cutting tactics (letting good hard-working people go) and constant erratic restructuring (team structure changes every 6 months). Nobody knows what is going on, and management makes promises they can't keep, to both it's employees and its customers. Smart clients have picked up on signs of disorganization, inconsistencies, and cover-ups.
