Comission is terrible, I make at the MOST around $100 a month comission. I can range from 15 hours a week to 24 hours which is not enough to pay bills. Didn't get trained properly, DM never answers their phone nor do they care unless you sell DTV. DM also requires you to give your personal phone number to guest "in case they have questions in the future" you have no idea how many calls I got at 6-7am in the morning from strangers not knowing how to use their phone, I had to change my phone number

Somewhat. The hours are done according to analytics about the most popular times to shop for phones. The District Manager takes your availability, applies it to the analytics, as well as the amount of hours he/she has to work with that given period or week.
This job was the most flexible retail job I ever had. They had a re-schedule option that you could use if you were running late or early. I loved that! If one was running an hour late just hit re-schedule than no demerit points against you. Then the system just re-scheduled you to work an hour later. Same with coming in early. I'm sure there was a limit to how much it could be used. But the option was truly awesome.
