HP Rep California - I have the max hours that they give a person for a RSA. The pay has NOT changed for the HP RSA Reps. The California State Minimum Wage has changed 25% since 2015. In 2015, it would take me 45 hours a week at the then minimum wage to earn what I earned last year. In 2019, it takes only 33 hours a week at the current minimum wage, not only that I drive a bunch of time and miles that are not reimbursed. I do have a job offer for more than MarketSource, and if it doesn't go through, I have enough other PT employers to come up with more than 33 hours a week. The math no longer justifies the job position!

HP Rep - All hours are assigned by the District Manager. The Weekend hours one has to work that day and the parameters set, (usually 10-12 AM), and you can adjust it to those hours. The Monday-Friday stores are set, the Rep has the ability to decide what days and hours they want within the set parameters. To me, this is one of the better features of the job.

HP Rep 1. Match the percentage increase in wages with the State's minimum wage. 2. Match Competitor Brand Reps wages. 3. Reimburse mileage. 4. Do not assign Reps for more than 20 miles from their home, if the Rep lives in a populated area. 5. If you do assign Reps for more than 20 miles from their home, then reimburse them. Make National Policies on what I just stated.

I did the video app like the last poster. My eventual Manager also did a phone interview for 3 minutes. I listened, and he said, "You are mature enough to listen, so you will be hired."

Store Training itself - 5 hours with a heavy set guy sitting down the entire time while he did a live demo with a photo printer. He did not know I was even coming. Frankly, I think they completely forgot to do store training with me...just threw me out there after that...LOL!
