It's security so it's not great but getting time off is easy and overtime ain't mandatory, so great by security job standards. Can't think of anything bad to say about them really.

Horrible. No room for growth and employees sleep together and smoke pot while on work !

It is a horrible place to work no growth, no pay raises, no overtime, no shift differentials. Supervisors sleeping with employees , Supervisors and employees s.oking pot together while on duty, it is the most disappointing job I ever had !! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT NOT EVEN TO MY WORAT ENEMY!

Subpar place to be.

Management is very poor, lack of communication on all levels and you have to exhaust yourself to get anything done that is needed. The job it’s self is extremely easy to do. Typically plenty of down time. But the turn over rate is definitely up there and and it’s understandable after being there for a bit. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed my job very much and the people I worked with. But management needs work and communication needs improvement

Pros

Free lunches, good pay for the work effort, mostly friendly staff

Cons

Lack of communication, to many “miscommunications”, the job is often made to be harder than it need to be. No pto or paid holidays.

Loved working here

I really messed up and got fired. Valuable lesson learned. Would love to go back I felt as if my work was very good and I had a good time and we were being very productive. I still believe I would be there if I just didn’t mess up.

Management is horrible

Because of the way management treats its security officers they receive a lot of callouts and do not inform officer that they have to hold over for an extra four hours until the last minute. This company also has a lot of favoritism. As far as working at the Amazon studio site, the Amazonian clients that work there are rude and act very entitled.

They dont do anything

Only met the supervisors a handful of times but all of them were bad you have supervisors refusing to give you there name, they make promises that they never fufill for the employees as well as the clients I had multiple instants were they would just be really confrontational with them saying things like "you work for us" or "you dont need to know that" or perhaps one of my favorites from upper mangament "just do what I say I dont care if your not supposed to" that was in regards to a FACP panel going off and they wanted me to silence it the supervisors there are really agrresive and rude in my opinion

Overall great experience

The management is great. There’s usually nothing going on. They check in with us every here and there. My typical day would be to clock in a few minutes before. Get debriefed on what I should know or be expecting during my shift. Like a big delivery truck coming by and where I should have them park. Attend the residents and guest and secure the perimeter.

Okay for a security company, but get everything in writing.

If you’ve done security anywhere, you’ve done security here. It’s a standard company. Job is good depending on your post. Was told in the interview that I would get a raise after a year and when I hit my year mark, no raise and management won’t even talk about it.

No breaks, no room for advancement unless you’re friends with the boss.

Simple easy going work place minus not compensation issues

Good place to work other than being promised a raise for the last couple years and once again they skipped over their longest standing site in Charlotte and gave a supposed raise else where.

Once Management switched everything went down the drain. The individuals in the office are unprofessional and expect you to have understanding when they are busy but they disregard when you are busy. They lie about your rate of pay
