My interview was very professional. The setting was a small office with two managers asking various questions concerning problem-solving, personality traits, every day problematic circumstances. I didn't feel uncomfortable when asked personal question but was assured if this was a place where I wanted to start a career that I would receive their full assistance.

It is basically to show them you are the right candidate to fit in the position and for you to hear what benefits are being offered, besides proper trainings and paper work you need to fill out.

I had a great hands on practical for the Spa. It took so long with back n forth calls. So long for questions and then a second questioning was in small office with two people. I felt like they don’t know what they’re looking for that’s why the position has been open for over a year. Apparently they are trying to revamp the whole Spa and all new people. Lots of turnover. Therapists didn’t seem real UN welcoming.. Good luck to who goes there. Very wish washy
