It was a typical hotel environment. People move from hotel to hotel if they are long-time hospitaly employees.

There are many Hispanic people who work there and I was trained by a woman who mainly spoke Spanish and I used that as an opportunity to speak in Spanish and practice my conversational skills. Many of the employees were very helpful.

At this facility, it is do your job...do not question. NO teamwork, pretty much everybody with their own agenda. Much turnover, with the facility unable to keep good help. Payroll and schedule issues do not aid the situtation, either.
