How flexible are your working hours at Marriott International?

Very flexible considering it was 24 hour business

Have a job at the moment but I dont mind taking a shift shutting down the kitchen

Not flexible and they say solid hrs but you have to come in before to set up and stay as late as it takes to finish.

I've had great flexibility and other times zero. Depends on time of year and the current staff. More often than not, vacations and requests off were mostly met. Full time 3 main shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm - 7am. Other times based on need.

Depends what you mean, if you mean you have to be flexible because they are so short staffed then yes. You do have to be very flexible and be ready to work 1st,2nd and 3rd shift.

DOSM positions cN be extremely demanding and require a lot of hours. Don’t let the job control you, you control the jobs. Stay on top and help your staff succeed as well as yourself. The stronger the staff make you strong. You have to have flexible working hours, stay organized.
