If you were in charge, what would you do to make Marriott International a better place to work?

Have meetings where everyone is on the same page get the work done & have fun while you working smiley faces @ work I would want to hear good morning & good afternoon from workers energy is everything

Raise the pay, hire more hourly people, cross train, have a designated room service cook and restaurant cooks, cause the same cooks are used for banquets, room service, restaurant, & for the morning coffee shop. Close the restaurant after 2 reopen at 5. Make the shifts make sense meaning changing the end shift at 12 to have time to actually close the restaurant once it is actually closed at 11pm. Tbh i would close this place down. it was the worst.

Make sure, the previous shift completed there job, before the next shift come on.

First and foremost, fix the system! The operating system is so broken it makes it almost impossible to work and get through most days! Also make it more fair to make bonus! The old system I made bonus every month with the new system that's broken I cannot make bonus because my call handling time takes too long because the system is broken!

Ask local guest and out of town guest there opinions on a questionaire for there thoughts and opinions and make it happen

Have at the board meeting two employees so they have a say on the daily activities of our guests services to them. Listen to the ideas of employees. Dry to put what sounds could to better the service to our gust better.

Provide Advance Excellent Customer Service. Make sure that all my Customers and team mates are happy.

Have a full staff...hard to make twenty rooms ready with no sheets and no towels and no supplies.
