They will ask about sheraton property where you going attend and the country's culture and other Sheraton policy etc.
There is an internal Marriott way of interviews which include being asked 3-4 questions from a bucket of 6 categories and each question must be approached with a different underlying event. So you can't use the same specific work experience in more than one question.
Simple and basic nothing too extreme
Professional but also casual and friendly. We initially met in the "Living Room" lounge area for the interview and had a followup in the management office. They value style and personality and being comfortable facing the public.
