Marriott gives you PTO. That's if you work for corporate Marriott. The more you work the more PTO hours you get!
Vacation days are based on years of service
I didn't really need it because it was a waste of my time doing nothing about it. However, if you didn't use any vacation time at all for 1 year it will be consider as in lieu of any hours you have and then gets added on to your next paystub. I would the total number of vacation time hours would be 2 weeks or 80 of PTO for a year of working if you are full time and averaging about 30 hours or more a week.
A week after you been in the for job a year.
