The only question to ask is when do I start cuz they're awesome if they like you they'll take care of you and catch you in first impression is always the best impression the GM the AGM and all the supervisors and all departments are here to help you never criticize
Knowledge on speaking with the guet, what do you know about the company, Read a BEO. Explain to your staff what to expect and what they should do if they run into a problem. Set the room in a timely manner and DO NOT leave the room for a break before your set-up is finished and side work is done.
