If you don't treat your associates properly you make them working with stress not happy nothing going to be perfect. The staff leaders of this department has to recognize to work as a team no discrimination.

Check on their hotel manager and their proformance by doing a survey with employees which would remain nameless.

Be more clear about attendance policy

Focus on improving benefits and career advancements for employees

*If you know people prefer morning/nights, switch around and get them at their best. NOT where YOU could use them.
*Get a better training system (I was untrained properly)
