The director of this hotel must have a solid supervision on housekeeping department specially because housekeeping is an important part of the industry. If you don't treat your associates properly you make them working with stress not happy nothing going to be perfect. The staff leaders of this department has to recognize to work as a team no discrimination.
Check on their hotel manager and their proformance by doing a survey with employees which would remain nameless.
Be more clear about attendance policy
Focus on improving benefits and career advancements for employees
*Find where you're workers are best at
*If you know people prefer morning/nights, switch around and get them at their best. NOT where YOU could use them.
*Get a better training system (I was untrained properly)
Management needs to listen better to the employees
Communicate with the staff better
Get to work. Make the property as best as it can become
I would just suggest quicker advancement if available
