For Marriott Vacation Club palm beach shore occean pointe Singer Island. The director of this hotel must have a solid supervision on housekeeping department specially because housekeeping is an important part of the industry. If you don't treat your associates properly you make them working with stress not happy nothing going to be perfect. The staff leaders of this department has to recognize to work as a team no discrimination.
