Ok place. Upper Managemnt is very poor quality. Company Morale is very questionable. Great benefits and ok salary.Great location, gym onsite. Upper management is focused only on money not people.

It’s okay I guess

First day and they really just leave you on your own. I had one manager talk to me and then leave me. I still didn’t really know what to do. I didn’t get a tour so when I going to break I got lost so many times

fun place but management is not great

I loved working here but they had pulled me to the side multiple times to say I can’t be talking to my coworkers when in their job description it says to make friendships, I would be making sales up to 7k managers/supervisors don’t care about sales or how many emails you get. if your name is written down on notes you’re in trouble, I was told that I was able to consider my work friends “friends” out of work but not in work when they say to make best friends and have fun with your team. I feel like I was wrongfully fired because at the end of the day i did what i had to do, get my job done, make customers happy, i hope the management gets better

Very stressful work

Management is always hard to work with. Work is hot during summer and very stressful. High turnover rate. Operators do 12 hr shift. Bonuses are decent. Management is always pushing workers to work longer. Short staffed so you can be mandated to work off days.

Poor communication

Safety prioritized, quality took a huge dive over productivity, maintenance uses bandaids. Company occasionally provides lunch, especially for training sessions. Direct supervision often focuses on one person deemed to be the problem rather than examining the department as a whole. Good place to work if you can be a yes person to the office personnel, just avoid mentioning any actual issues.

I just interviewed on the 28th of March 2019. It was a lot of really good questions. They like to know your thought process along with getting to know you on a different level before you get shoved into a position. I REALLY enjoyed my interview as crazy as some would say “MARS” would be a great fit for most anyone that TRUELY wants a career. I am waiting (fingers crossed) for an offer letter. It’s been 2 weeks since I interviewed ❤️ Either way it goes, I can say I engined talking w/ the leadership Thanks Mars!
