Working with management that has more drama then high school
The customers honestly. In the casino they can be the very worst.
This is a great company to work for and the Managers are great! Company does promote up if your willing to work any shift. Having fun with your work, your customers and co-workers is where your head should be at when you come to work here. If you want to be just a cashier and not a team player then work at a gas station. Selling to customers and helping them find that need or that want is what this position is about. Most of all make it a fun experience for your customer so they will come back repeatedly. Customers tell me they come back because they love how we keep our store and they love us because we are fun! Clerks need not apply. Smiles and laughs always welcome!

There is no one in upper management to trust, Not the store managers, not the district managers, not even HR...no wonder they don't have a union, because they would all be fired if so.
