Hours will go to the management favorites who are also part of a gossipy clique. Full time positions will go to management favorites too. You don't have a chance to apply for full time nor promotions as management picks their favorites. Does not matter about quality of work, attendance, customer service. This killed morale and created huge turnover. Managers were generally rude and unhappy people and did not want to hear anything from the associates. Lost a lot of really good people.

Horrible management. Never got promoted. Constantly understaffed. Overworked. Too much favoritism. Never enough payroll, not valued as an employee.
