The first interview is a group on in which role playing takes place to push credit cards, that's the FIT Assessment. If you do well in that stage, you are called back for an individual interview in which you will learn 1-2 weeks later if you got the position or not.

My interview process was long. It was a group interview which took about 15-25mins.
If they liked you then you would come back for a formal interview with the store manager/director. (Took them about 1-2 weeks to call and set up another interview)
