Every department is different. Some are great, so are terrible, which I think is the same at most big companies. Accounting and Finance is very toxic with a lot of turnover. Patient care is still unbeatable though.

There is no equality working here. And its even worse at Security Health Plan. There is no "human resources" as they call it. There are some great doctors and staff which is the only thing that has me coming through their doors. Administration needs serious work in several areas.

A large number of professional staff are contracted because we can't retain talent. Doctors are not good administrators and the negative atmosphere in Marshfield reflects that. I would not recruit any of my former colleagues to work here even though there are many available permanent positions

MC environment remains difficult and no amount of marketing will change this. Positive reviews on sites such as this are prompted by recruiters and upper admin and as such are not valid. The organization is disorganized and difficult and no decent employee can survive without putting aside personal ethics

I was in mgmt at this company and was treated poorly for addressing employee concerns and advocating for staff. Reviews say mgmt is poor. Probably because you're targeted as a manager if you try to deal with issues. HR is no help.

Work environment, well if you're not from the area you're not treated well. I moved there from the south and was targeted every single day. I felt like I had to watch my back constantly. If you're a newcomer to Wisconsin stay far away from this place
