Management blows. They hire people who don't do their jobs and do nothing about it. The supervisors are cool but don't have much power. Management cant figure out how to handle scheduling and expects all employees to be on call for call offs 24/7. They call you every day on your days off to cover shifts and will attack you for saying no. They will also randomly reduce your hours from 40/week to 10 or 20/week because they hire too many people. So you're either working 60 days a week and feel overworked or your hours are being cut and suddenly your part time. Not to mention you do not get breaks. Dispatch has to go to the bathroom and talk over the radio while in there. Statics cannot leave properties. There is 0 ability to move up. The company will do outside hires for supervisors. The pay is decent, but not worth the horrible work conditions which is why employees are constantly quitting.

the management here is a joke. The age discrimination here is real. They are rude and have no idea how to train. They didn't do background checks and one of there old employees that held a gun was in a hospital for mental health issues overall bad place to work.

This company will chew you up and spit you out. There is NO work/family balance and if you ask for time off will be guilt tripped to cancel any plans as they are short staffed and can not keep employees. The CEO will tell you what ever you want to hear to get you in the door and then when it comes time will bury you as a person and employee. No support from management and no guidance in the field. You are expected to take multiple different locations within one week and if you take an extra shift you can never say no again. The Officers will cover you and have your back as it should be but Management and above will toss you aside. Take the warnings and stay away from this employer. Take a smaller wadge from another company for your own mental and family well being.
