The company is not safety oriented that all dad getting your minutes each task you have has a minute to the side to it is minutes are almost impossible to get it. They will walk you like a dog until you can’t take it anymore in your entire body is broken and hurt, and then you’ll quit like 99% of the workforce here does the turnover rate is astounding.

If you are willing to work the work is there everything ran by seniority so expect to be screwed in the bevy but it gets better as time goes on HR is horrible management has gotten better while turnover rate is high
