Good Company with a focus on safety and quality. At one point it was truly a place that everyone had a since of pride to work for. Now days it is harder and harder to build the team that should represent the brand.

Martin Brower is one of the best paying jobs in my area and there is a reason for that. You work long hours (mandatory overtime) doing backbreaking labor in extreme conditions. You will only have a chance to do better jobs, and get a better schedule after years of seniority.
Warehouse Associate in Atlanta, GA

this used to be a good company about 4 years ago but it’s been a down slope the last 3 years, you will work in a very chaotic environment. equipment and PPE that you need to do your job is very limited you will work in a cold Environment 90% of the time. the Supervisorsshow favoritism and upper management will not support you when you have concerns, HR is never around for questions and help with issues..
Order Fullfiller in Conroe, TX

I worked here a little under a year. Management is a joke and favoritism is the only way you'll make it here. No balance between work and life, expect to spend more time here than home. You're a new hire? Good luck finding running pallet jack without getting nasty looks from people with seniority. Day vs night shift mentality. The workload is excessive and the work atmosphere is hostile at times.

When going through Training, it seems like a reasonable job. Mon-Fri 2nd shift 8 hrs, after Sat-Wed 3rd shift 12 hrs. Also they have any early out program, seems nice but unless you can work 10hrs straight without a break and work like a mad man, you can get out at 11hr.
