warehouse associate (3 shift)
A typical night at martin Brower is coming in early to find electric pallet jacks and seeing the work load is at for the current night (3 shift time 9:30pm till the work load is completed or you get your minutes. now before we start our shift we have meetings that when they tell you where you assigned at and how much minutes you will have to get now for new employees they really don't have to worry about that, but you will have to keep a positive number on the screen. work load is heavy but if you keep a positive mindset you will get through it, remember things are mental, you can do anything you put your mind to it. (must say everyone who start off is assigned in the freezer so if you afraid of cold temperature than this not the job for you, of course they give freezer suit to wear and gloves and ski mask, hand warmers and foot warmers that help when your in there. know that they may switch you to different departments to train (produce) (dry) those departments are decent especially knowing that your in warmer temperature, you get carts to put the product on so you will train for a week to stack mc Donald's fries on the carts usually will be count of 24 (5 at the bottom) (4 at the top) that help with you learning how to stack and also help the loaders for the delivery's. overall the job is great just got to have the motivation within yourself to get through the work.
free lunches great benefits, new equipment, weekly pay
the more you make the more they take (taxes)
