Martin Brower has amazing benefits and being a father this is one of the most important things you can offer employees. I feel very safe in the environment as the provide regular safety trainings.

Pretty good job

I think it’s the best warehouse to work at. The work is light compared to other places. Pay is great for what we do. We’re able to leave early when we finish our minutes for the day. 4 days 10 hours work week. I work around 32 hrs a week get paid for 40 + OT if I do it. Seniority matters, if you’re new your schedule could change during bid. Also you will be in the freezer after training until you’re trained for something else or more ppl come in. The freezer is heavy work, but the other two areas are easier. Get an extra dollar in the freezer. Definitely not a bad job.
