Need more vacation/Holiday pay. Shouldn't have to wait 5 years to get 8 holidays.
Reinvest in company by getting better equipment. It will get you better drivers

Dispatch hitting you with more stops and not telling you about it. Having to pick up extra loads when others don't come in to work, especially on snow days. Best bet is, when it snows badly, stay home along with everyone else. Otherwise they'll run the snot out of you. No reward for making the effort to come in on bad days. Just more work. Kick the mule harder.
