When new runs come up, there should be a bid sheet, for drivers. Highest seniority should get it. It makes drivers upset seeing someone come off the street making more money.

Decent 401K match
Horrible paid vacation about 20 years behind industry leaders, and that for the office staff. Drivers get even worse
Embarrasing Holiday pay for drivers
No bonus for office personal based on accountable Metrics, only a meager "Christmas " bonus (equal to a weeks pay) totally discretionary on how the Director of Operations feels (he has a ownership stake in the company, so the wallet doesn't open wide)

Very stressed, not fun. Covering loads with 60% of the drivers you need and upper management continues to have you harrass the drivers, no matter what, to get the loads covered
