The "Just cover it" attitude, from the Director of Operations to the Terminal manager, even though you need 148 drivers and only have 108.
In order to keep good driver u must work with the drivers meeting there remains with reasonable serlution to there request .just think if u were in there shoes .the first thing to a successful. Driver company is meet the demands of the drivers and they will do anything for the company by reading the review s of the company. I see the problem as being a professional driver for over 30 years. I find it to be very difficult in working for a organization the hold there driver special .note they are the ones that delivers the goods no delivererys. No money. It no hard math. Thanks for reading this feed back. This really matters.
Dispatch hitting you with more stops and not telling you about it. Having to pick up extra loads when others don't come in to work, especially on snow days. Best bet is, when it snows badly, stay home along with everyone else. Otherwise they'll run the snot out of you. No reward for making the effort to come in on bad days. Just more work. Kick the mule harder.
