What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Martin Transportation Systems?

Be professional

make sure they have freight

Ask lots of questions because they need dependability

Go somewhere else. They say they pay hourly and the route pay equals out to the same but it does NOT.

Ask any questions you have

Be honest and respectful, I was hired before I even finished the application to apply. Great company and great wages and opportunities

Seek employment elsewhere.

They have some good folks here but they do not know how to run their fleet they really can make more money if they do it the right way and put the driver first cause the driver is who service the customer the driver represents the compnay yhe driver is the face of the compnay so ask them how do they treat the driver ask them how well do they pay the driver how well do they communicate with the driver. Its times you can call dispatch and they see its you and they at times will not even answer cause they don't have a load for you that's so disrespectful to not answer when you see a driver name pop up and not answer the call

Don't waste your time and they will ruin your dac
