In my experience, women put in alot of hours. The process of getting your business up and running seems flexible, but it's not. You must do the work. When people say they make their own schedule, I'm concerned about how they define Business. Stores are open from 10- 12 hrs and still may not make profit. I cannot imagine being in a good place and working only the hours you put when building a business requires plenty of processes that are not delineated in any of the trainings.
They are great for me. I have learned the art of creating my own schedule and working unconventional hours. I love it because I work my business around my life not running my life around my business.

Working hours can be whatever you want it or need it to be, one week I would work 4 hours and a different week at least 30 hours

The work hours are whatever you want them to be. You are in charge of your own schedule. BUT especially in the beginning it takes a lot of unpaid time to get things going
