CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant in New Haven, CT

The management appreciates their workers in a gift way or the other which is good................................... is a good place to work as long as you work with them they will also work with you.

Look elsewhere!!!
Terrible place to work for. Staffs are not nice to new employees, not welcoming. DNS, ADNS, and STAFF DEVELOPMENT are terrible people, so fake and disrespectful. They are not nice people. Poor management skills. A toxic environment to work in, can't trust nobody in there. A lot of favoritism especially with the administrative assistant, she reports certain type of people for lateness. I regretted that I used to work there. Nobody wants to work for them. Stay away and look elsewhere

Workplace culture is Non inclusive and several cliques exist in leadership positions . Poor communication. Out of touch with community that they serve.

Don't work there, you will not be respected, no one cares about your safety
This place stinks. People are not kind to each other. Leadership does not care about individual people, you are just a number. Your safety is not a priority.

Great place to work . Coworkers respectfully and helpful. Families appreciate the help you give their family member. Would reccomend to family and friends.
