There have been a lot of changes in leadership, policies and philosophy at MDOT since the Gov. Hogan Administration. Personal politics aside, I think these changes are for the best and MDOT will continue to be a great place to build a career.

It would do a lot better if they take the customer's complaints seriously and would follow through. A lot of the complaints are swept under the rug and done nothing about yet they tell the client that it has.
