The MTA is not a very good place to work., especially in the Customer Care Department. The manager doesn't know what he's doing and further more doesn't know how to treat his staff. He physically gets in your face when he feels threatened and doesn't agree with what you have to say or ideas that you present forth. They are not able to keep anyone in the department because of his supervisory skills. The only reason he got the position is because he has family working on the inside in the upper offices.
