Working for MSDE has allowed me to feel a sense of satisfaction in the work I am doing, but the lack of appropriate compensation is damning. The morale is also pretty low.

Working for the state of Maryland was one of the best experiences in my life. The way I was treated reflected the work and the time I put in, and I never felt like I was being placed at a distinct disadvantage based on superficial qualities or lack thereof. The work could be difficult, but was extremely straightforward and I received the utmost support from management and HR. Their adherence to EEO and ADA legislation was phenomenal.
