The hours
The hours are great. Management needs training in dealing with employees. There's a lack of respect for workers. Management's lack of professionalizing should speak to employers in which they would want to be spoken to. Allow employees to advise management on how Leads are not doing their assigned job without threatening loss of job.

Good work/life balance
Not a stressful job, good management . Company is constantly expanding so there is room for advancement. Management is pretty open to talk to as well

Horrible management
Never trained for the job and tons of ordering has to be done no clear communication between management no coverage at all if you are sick with covid you are harassed until you can come back

Love the hours and week days schedule, and all weekends,holidays,and summers off.
I work in Vending/Driver so I am on my own 90% of the time, my bosses who are very friendly and talk to me like a peer and not down to me. They explained the job and my duties and what is expected of me. The pay is reasonable for my position and I am only part time so it would be hard to raise a family on the part time hours and pay. But if your retired or looking for a second job during the morning I highly recommend Maschios. Definitely a faced paced environment and not for lazy people. This is a perfect job for a retired person or a second job.

The hours were good
My supervisor was fabulous as were some of my co-workers. Upper management was horrific and unprofessional. The pay is not in line with the amount of work that is expected. I left due to being degraded by a manager.
