Answered July 14, 2020I just went through an interview process with them earlier this week. It was over 5 hours. I had to do an assessment test prior too and once again when I first arrived. From there on out I interviewed the remainder four hours with four different groups of people. It was pretty exhausting emotionally and mentally. I did put a lot of pressure on myself as I have been trying to get into this company or at least an interview for a few years now.
Answered June 13, 2018It takes about 3-4 months to be hired full time 1 week of orientation, 1 week of training, and a 90 day probation period. After putting in an application at Masco you must wait for them to call you for an interview after that there's a urinalysis, then they will give you a date to come in and begin orientation.

This requires properly trained people, modern machinery that works, and a management team that solves problems and doesn't point fingers. It may happen some day.
