I just went through an interview process with them earlier this week. It was over 5 hours. I had to do an assessment test prior too and once again when I first arrived. From there on out I interviewed the remainder four hours with four different groups of people. It was pretty exhausting emotionally and mentally. I did put a lot of pressure on myself as I have been trying to get into this company or at least an interview for a few years now.

Get rid of supervisors that are not professional. That only expect their team leads to help lower level associates(a supervisors role is to also be hands on with the rest of the team and show leadership). Also have management stop showing favoritism &give positions to those who are deserving and qualified.Have a set time for start and end of shift. When they have the team meetings before or during the shifts,if an employee has a suggestion or a safety complaint, the supervisor and leads should put it on the board, even if its not convenient for management, those meetings are for the betterment of the facility, staff and the company. And finally, treat ALL of your employees like people!!!Not numbers!!
