Not used to being treated well

This is the first time I have ever worked for a company that seems to care about my health and well-being- financially and emotionally. I haven't been here for very long but I am already on the path for a promotion, they are very proactive in signing me up for training to keep me growing, and my branch manager especially is in my corner.

Good entry level experience

Pros: you can learn banking and break into the financial industryCons: it’s very hard for growth if you are not in the right area of the company, pay is not as competitive as they say, unlike other banks there are no quarterly bonuses
