Very little training. Scattered answers to Customer's questions. Policy & Procedures change from 1 minute to the next depending on the depth of knowledge from a supervisor - Supervisors need more training too!No sales/upselling training. Customers are often blown off until the next day and sometimes not even contacted!!

Pretty easy job overall and good team to work for. It does get repetitive with taking calls but overall it's not too bad. The management is very workable on schedules and adherence as long as you're meeting the needs of their work level.

If you care about your mental health in any capacity, never set foot in this place. The management and the customers will bleed you dry with no second thought. You are always just a number.

This place is not run smoothly for customer service, if you have a customer on the line with a question you don’t have the answer to working from home there is just no help!! I have worked there for 2 months and not once has my supervisor called or emailed me when I started I told them about a pre planned vacation at the end of April Istill have not heard from my supervisor and my request off is still pending now it has been 2 months and I finally was about to reach my supervisor and he said he would have it taken care of that was 2 weeks ago still haven’t heard anything!!! This company needs to be taught customer service the right way, and it’s so boring!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. You start off as seasonal. Work long hours sometimes 60 hours in a week. After season ends, they may keep you but only part time. Management doesn't care
