I think that would depend on the type of role you are in, and in what care setting. For facility based clinical positions, our ratios tend to be lower than industry standard and lower than our for-profit competitors, so you have more time to spend caring for each individual resident and patient. Homecare clinicians have a lower productivity standard than elsewhere in the industry which also leads to being able to focus on the needs of each individual patient.

Typically, we offer 8 hr shifts. Some Dining Services opportunities may offer shorter shifts - 3 - 5hrs. Also, some in home caregiving shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 8 hrs, based on patient need.

Don't just have your meeting with head of hr and head of nursing and only the people who are higher up on the command chain. We the people the clients and the staff tht spend 40 hour per week with clients we are the people you should have mee th inf with and bring that info to your meeting and real issues and solution will have immediate impact and consistant positive results all across the board. Not just looking at revenue and profit. If the Cna dint show up no work is done we do the most and get the less. And I dont fo To the office celabration as we have to bring our own food.
