Clients very appreciative and that in itself is rewarding.
Hours are erratic, and when you need a nurse to check on a client, a cna is sent.That proved to be unhelpful.

Management very money driven. No employee satisfaction so patient care has gone downhill. Wages, benefits cut. Layoffs. There’s no incentive for workers to stay.

Always booked for more pts than can be seen in a day especially with geographical area served. Felt my license was always on the line. Felt bad for pts because most had to continually be rescheduled so new pts will be seen. Awful
