Much communication is done per email. One has to be very flexible and organized to be able to handle the responsibilities of this job. Homecare involves much time with paperwork and there is a lot of demographic and constraints on the RN to fulfill paperwork that an office person can do.

Always booked for more pts than can be seen in a day especially with geographical area served. Felt my license was always on the line. Felt bad for pts because most had to continually be rescheduled so new pts will be seen. Awful
