Dickson, TN plant night shift typically works 6 nights 10 hours each. You have no time door family. When it snows or there is an ice storm, day shift is cancelled but night shift still has to report. They will schedule a 13-day work week, give the employees one day off after working 13 in a row, and you have to be right back in there. Not much time to rest at all.
