Well I can only answer for the Massage Envy I work at and that answer is MOST DEFINITELY NOT.. I was shocked to learn that several of the MTs have worked there for as long as four years and have received a $0. 35 pay increase in that time.. we get no free massages, no PTO, no request bonus, no paid vacation, absolutely no incentive whatsoever..

Difficult to speak for everyone because I have heard many different stories. But in my instance we are offered a free massage every month, 401K, great insurance, and Holiday dinners. The biggest benefit it provides is opportunity, to provide a chance for us to show off our new found skill. It took pressure off of wondering what next after school. It's a stage waiting on its performer..ME

It varies depending on the clinic owner. The location I was at paid 50% of your medical, dental, vision and provided a $10,000 life insurance policy at no cost to the employee. We also received one free service per month (two during your birthday month). Additionally, we received a 40% discount on all retail products. Our manager usually brought lunch or breakfast a couple of times per month and gave gift cards for Jason's Deli, Subway, Starbucks and gas cards. The quality of your experience starts with the franchisee and whether they focus on profit or a happy staff! #AllMassageEnvysAreNotCreatedEqually

In MA, even FT LMT's do NOT get any medical or dental coverage nor any help with the cost buying it from the MA Marketplace. A FREE monthly service means little to FT employees who cannot see their own PCP for preventive or medical care needs.

Best ME owner I’ve encountered gave her employees from 1 hr free (2 hr if it’s your birthday month), to “unlimited” . As long as you ask management first.

Benefits? HA! Shorewood, IL ME contributes a whopping 100$ toward your health insurance that you can't afford. No vacation. No PTO.

This all depends on the owner. We get 1 hour free massage a month, discounted services after that, discount on products, and full time get Health, Dental, and PTO. But this isn't the same at ever location.
