Be open and honest. Not everyone is a fit for this job. Do yourself and your team a favor by finding that out up front. You will be happier and better off (whether it turns out you are, or are not).

Know what you want and what you need, and recognize that they are not the same things. Make sure to share this information during the interview process so that you can be properly matched with the correct position to help you achieve success.

Dress for success! - Don't come to a job interview (any job interview) looking like you just rolled out of bed. If you cannot take pride in your own appearance, I already know you will take no pride in your work.

Honestly, I don't care. But if they don't start fixing issues and maybe actually tell Mr. Massey what's going on instead of hiding it from him, a lot of employees will simply find something else and leave the company holding the bag.
