Just interviewed with Massey for a job position for the first time. They were professional and informative with the way they run their company. They are up front with letting you know how hard they work, which is why they have been successful throughout the years. Everyone I met was very friendly and supportive in answering any questions I may have. Hoping to be part of the team in the future.
Be open and honest. Not everyone is a fit for this job. Do yourself and your team a favor by finding that out up front. You will be happier and better off (whether it turns out you are, or are not).
Know what you want and what you need, and recognize that they are not the same things. Make sure to share this information during the interview process so that you can be properly matched with the correct position to help you achieve success.
Dress for success! - Don't come to a job interview (any job interview) looking like you just rolled out of bed. If you cannot take pride in your own appearance, I already know you will take no pride in your work.

Being honest is most important!
Honesty. Be prepared to list your entire job history all the way back to highschool. They will check. Minor traffic or criminal. Be honest. Failure to disclose is auto disqualification.
