Terrible management. Boring and unnecessary training. Garbage place to work. Pays terrible. Way too much cold calling. You have to set up your own appointments

Don't let the job title fool you. You are there to sell and inspection is frowned upon unless it leads to a sale. They have no regard for your family life as I was often in homes after 7pm. You were assured of being off every sunday but had to work every other saturday for a six day work week.
Pay is almost impossible in draw against commission since you get very few leads.
Received texts and calls repeatedly from boss about sales that were not there.
Overall, company scams consumer to get sales by scheduling annual inspection but, there coverage for termite is very good. Unfortunately people pay for bugs and the chemicals used are basically the same as what you can buy from home stores.
