Sales Inspector (Former Employee) – Florida – January 31, 2019
I am currently an inspector but hired as GM in training and they are constantly on you for Sales. You are part of a group chat and daily pounding where are the sales. They promise you help but you get none. You are supposed to have a couple office leads a day and a service lead along with your own work but most of the time it's fake appointments you make to satisfy upper management. You'll never ever make money being creative. Plus you work every other Saturday. So do the math here. Say you do that which in the Minimum they say. 44 hours per week on call nights no weekend. 50+ on the other week. A $3,000 draw means you need to sell around 20K a month to hit it. So if you don't you are working for under $15 an hour. If you take a vacation you'll fall behind and have to work the other Saturdays to make up. The lies are told from day one. Promises and promises and no communication. If you are hired to be a manager in training and they said you'll start in sales run away. It's a total scam.
Company Car. benefits
Few leads all creative. Lies of advancements. Long hours.
PEST FUMIGATION REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) – Naples, FL – July 12, 2019
Staff isn’t professional at all. The work is all over the place with no directions. Try to make you work every weekend. They don’t even handle customer concerns with actual customer service, they only worry about covering themselves from potential lawsuits.
It's a little frustrating that the company vehicles are not maintained well but it was nice out in the field working by myself. The hardest part was being sent to a construction site to do a pre-treat when the house or building has not been built yet. I don't like wasting time.
