The pay or lack of. Piece rate with no guarantee of work. No pay for travel and jobs can be anywhere. You can drive 90 minutes and then have no line of site, hence no pay. You might have to rewire an entire home, work at dangerous heights, in unsanitary conditions and get paid peanuts. Management blames all company problems on field techs. Routine unacceptable, unnecessary yelling at employees. Majorly stressful atmosphere.
