Better pay for work, two days off no matter what the market looks like and get home at a decent hour and when PTO is requested we have a chance of getting it. Having equipment in the warehouse (one of the most frustrating things). My Managment on the lower level was good willing to help however techs are getting burnt out and need a break that's why so many techs are quitting in the Rochester NY market. I liked working at Mastec AT but, I was getting burnt out. I would have stayed if I had two days off a week no matter what (did not have to be consecutively) and could take some pto that was always denied. There are a lot of frustrating things with this job, however, I was totally willing to put up with them. I was getting burnt out and had to to do what was best for me and my family.

It's a good place to work but the only thing that I hate the most is fact of driving 45minutes to a job when you get either they take the job away from or you find somebody halfway done the job... there's a lot of things that need to be change on this company . We get penalized for everything even its not our fault they expect you to have no repeats on a rainy season , 4k issues, it's all on us . Bad receivers , bad weather,
