I was direct hire myself. I saw the job posting on Indeed, and had a friend tell me about it so after I submitted the app, I called a few days later to follow up. Was able to interview the next day. :) Had to get a background check and drug test done, but that didn't take long either. I started about a week after my interview. They do an extensive Training class/Hands on Learning the first 5 days. Its very informative, but is sooooooooo boring . Once I got to the hands on thing I was good to go. Do not be late....EVER. Not only are they on a point system, but if you are late at any time during the training week, you will have to stop, and restart ALL of it the next week.
