I Havent been Here Long I'm in Training for houseekeeping and Honestly I dont like it 5 days of Training is not enough especially when you have NO type of expirence in the hotel business. Majority of The Coworkers speak Spanish Hardly any English If they Do speak English it's Broken English My trainer is A Sweetheart i Absolutely love her shes Very patient. but I Cant Understand a Word she says at times HIRING MANAGERS do a Better JOB with training if you know your Gonna Hire somebody Who SPEAKS ENGLISH THEN please FIND a TRAINER who Speaks English as well you want your employees to be successful But you give them a Hard time.

Because we had no people to work. Poor cleaning supplies. The pay didn't match the amount of work you had to do in each room. No benefits. No raises. No advancements. Bosses got fired just about every month. They love to fire people over anything.
