Get better management that listens and talks to ALL employees. Stop pushing for their bonuses because it's killing the lower staff. Also require and enforce breaks and lunches because too many don't do them and they end up overworked, sick, and exhausted. Better pay for housekeepers, houseman/runners, and Housekeeping Supervisors!!!!!!! We are the ones doing the dirty work and being paid $&#@!!!!

Advice? How about retire!!! Get new CEO that cares about all employees and give them paid holidays, dental care, vision care, health insurance, fair pay and raises to reduce the high turnover. Get out of your office and train and help employees who are putting big bucks in your pockets.

Don't wait to start training until it's too late , the expectation is very high when you aren't given the tools for success . If you train for success you will receive success

I have recently applied for a regional director with many years experience. If hired, work moral will increase significantly and everyone and I mean everyone will be treated with the same respect and fairness. I treat other's how I want to be treated. We get the work done and I make the work day fun, fast and efficient. Customer service is a #1 priority in the hospitality industry because without our customers satisfaction and the word of mouth of those customer's bringing in new customers then we wouldn't have jobs/careers. I hope to hear back from upper mgmt on my application and get to work with this company as a regional director. Thank you Angie :-)

I think that the site management team, RD, HR, and Sr. Vice President of Operations for the Region should have monthly conference calls to ensure the entire team are on the same page as well as getting the right information. Some team members of operations keep information from each other until it's to late to fix a problem and keep the client happy with services provided to them.
