Great place to work if you just starting out in fine dining. You can learn a lot with food prep and knowledge with spirits and wine. Management is usually super helpful with any questions you may have.

Felt like the trainer was out to make you fail and was more of a hinder and threat than help. I felt the trainer was rude and did a poor job. The manager hands you off to the trainer and that's where the story ends.
