Too much family involved.

Some of their staff are amazing but are not treated as they were. Some deserve more than what they are getting or treated. The owners daughter is all about money and not about the employees or patients.

Management is sneaky and the pay is so low. It’s a “family” business and I would stay clear of any of these types of companies! All give and no get at this company

Do not work for this company. The owner is decent but management is terrible. They treat youbadly. You bust your butt for them and they do not appreciate it. You do not get proper training. Some of the staff and the two pharmacist are nice but that is it. Management has their favorites. Once you leave they will go and blame you for things that you had nothing to do with and that they knew about...

Family environment

I have enjoyed working at Mat's. All of the employees are nice and always willing to help. During COVID they have been understanding with working from home (not all jobs can be done from home). Mat's is a "small" family business that has grown quite large past few years.

A big NO to this place

Filling prescriptions for customers was a task and it all felt very unorganized and outdated. Also, I loved being treated like a child here, it was so nice. They never tell you that you'll work a day to night shift during the interview. Some shady things happens there as well that they completely lost any small amount of trust that I had for them.
